A semi-washed Pink Bourbon from María Belén Díaz and Narciso Narváez at Resinas in Huila, Colombia, released as Boo’s Autumn Edition “Sweet Treat”. An anaerobic fermentation brings baked apple, cardamom bun, cherry and milk chocolate.

A washed Geisha Inca (SL9) grown by Albino Ibias in the Incahuasi valley, Cusco, Peru, from Nomad’s Competition range. Expect pineapple, peach and pear in syrup, with a syrupy body and juicy acidity.

A fully washed 74110 from the Lecho washing station in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia, ultra-light roasted by Goût & Co in Chengdu. Expect coffee blossom, lychee, fragrant pear and green grape, with remarkable clarity.

Tanat: Panama · Boquete · Obata
A washed Obata from the Santa Elena estate in Boquete, Panama, produced by Cafelino and medium roasted for espresso by Tanat in Paris. Expect Brazil nuts, caramel and dried figs, with a silky body and low acidity.

A Swiss Water® decaf from the Halo Beriti washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, roasted by decaf specialists Les Révélations. Expect caramel, walnut and grapefruit, rich and smooth in the cup.
